PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE

It is notified that in accordance with Hon’bIc High Court’s Judicial Courts
Premises and Compound Fund Rules, 2013, a Public Auction for Bank /three shops/ Place
earmarked for the post office for the public utility services situated at Judicial Courts Complex,
Sangrur on 20.03.2025 at 3:00 P.M. for the lease period from 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2026 in the
office of undersigned as well as Public Auction for Canteen/car parking/booths etc. for the
public utility services situated at Judicial Courts Complex at Sub-Divisions Malerkotla, Dhuri,
Sunam and Moonak on 20.03.2025 at 3.00 P.M., for the lease period n:om 01.04,2025 to
31.03.2026 in the office of Additional Civil Judge(Sr.Divn.) of their respective Sub-Divisions.
Last date for receiving application(s) is 20.03.2025 till 01:00 P.M. The aSpiring bidders are
directed to deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- as earnest money on 20.03.2025 by 12.30 P.M.,
positively, in the office of Civil Judge(Senior Division), Sangrur for auction at Headquarter and
for auction at sub divisions in the office of Additional Civil Judge(Sr.Divn.) of their respective
Sub-divisions.
The earnest money of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned on the same day.
